THEORETICAL UNIT

Think of it as a guide where you learn the ABCs of advertising. ⬇️

After you Frankenstein your CV together and send it in, you’ll shortly get access to the program. The courses are free, online and pioneered by Publicis industry experts.

If you pass the tests with flying colors, you’ll then move on to the workshop stage, in-person only.

WORKSHOP

A rollercoaster of a one-week workshop awaits those who pass and attend in person, ending with a fully-fledged campaign presentation. ⬇️

1) We will hold a live kick-off meeting in Bucharest at Europe House, Publicis Groupe’s HQ. In these few days, you’ll get a jam-packed taste of advertising: both the wackiness and the work.

2) When the one-week program begins, you’ll join a team led by a mentor, take on a role and be given a client brief. Beyond learning some more, you’ll come up with big ideas and develop your team’s campaign.

3) At the end of the week, each team will present their campaign and then, of course, party! But remember, during this workshop, it will also be determined if you’re ready for the next step.

The internship and beyond

A 3-month paid internship at Publicis, Leo Burnett, or Saatchi & Saatchi + The Geeks. ⬇️

That’s what awaits the best of the best: 6 hours, from Monday to Friday, in a dynamic environment that will give you real industry experience.

Beyond leveling up your skills and portfolio, you’ll also have the chance to land a full-time job. But to have this luck, you’ll have to make it happen.
