Publicis Groupe Media launches the School of Big Ideas,

a learning program for MEDIA specialization within the advertising industry. We are on a BIG search for curious young people, who want to learn from professionals and are keen to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving field, not easy, but fun and rewarding.

Courses will cover everything from the fundamentals of media planning & buying for both traditional and emerging media, the digital tools that are reshaping the media and advertising world every day, to the measurement of the campaign results. During the internship that will follow, you will get the opportunity to work on real clients, real projects with the smartest colleagues.

We aim to provide real-world experience and to prepare you for a career in media planning and buying within the advertising and communications industry.

You can apply if

  • You are a student or recent graduate, preferably specialized in marketing, communication, sociology, statistics or mathematics
  • You speak English fluently
  • You have a minimum knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • You are eager to learn and you are not afraid of challenges
  • You are organized and attentive to details
  • You are willing to collaborate and work in a team
  • You are able to work in a constantly evolving environment and adapt to new situations

Candidates evaluation and selection: 16-25 September, 2022

Theoretical module: 3- 27 October, 2022
Internship: 1 November – 23 December, 2022

The courses are online, free of charge and pretty much self-paced. As long as you manage to successfully graduate the online courses, you are in for a 2-month paid internship. At the end of the internship, the fittest, professionally and culture wise, will be hired.
